AI Envisioning & Governance Framework

We were also asked to develop a comprehensive AI governance framework — including an organisation-wide policy and risk management approach — to facilitate the structured adoption of AI across EI Electronics' operations.
Our AI training and governance solutions are custom-tailored to align with each client's unique business strategy. For EI Electronics, we addressed their specific strategic priorities across four key domains: R&D Engineering, Software Development, Product Innovation and Workplace Productivity.
